Since its inauguration on 13 December 2009, IFGF GISI Kendari in Indonesia has taken the opportunity to bless the province of South East Sulawesi through TVRI (national TV station) in a program called Pelita Kasih. Six church members have had the chance to preach and sing praises to the Lord in the program.

 

God has His ways of blessing His people in this province. In 2010, IFGF GISI Kendari has once again been entrusted with the same program in Pelita Kasih, which is broadcast every Sunday at 5-6 PM. iGrow and other IFGF GISI teaching materials are used to convey the message of God through TV. The ministry territory in this region of Indonesia has certainly been extended to blessing thousands of congregation every Sunday evening following the morning service.

 

In Jakarta itself, Pdt. Daniel Runtuwene (Executive Pastor of IFGF GISI Jakarta), has been invited several times to speak the message of salvation to millions through the national TVRI channel. His first ministry was on August 13, 2009, just at the start of our 40 Days’ Prayer and Fasting program. Pastor Daniel shared about “GOING STRONG” in the Christian Program, with callers from all over the nation.

Not long after that, he was invited once again, on September 10 to be exact, to share about “Power of Prayer and Fasting (Isaiah 58)”. Please continue to pray for God to continue to bless Indonesia with the message of hope!
