For 4 consecutive days, IFGF GISI Los Angeles and Frontline Mission held its first Regional Church Conference, which brought together all 180 pastors from Kenya, Burundi, Congo, and Uganda (Kamuli, Kyenjojo, Hoima, Jinja, and Entebbe). The conference was held in Lweza Training Center, just 30 min drive from Entebbe International Airport in Uganda and 11 km from Kampala city center.

Around 130 laptops and laptop bags were distributed for free to all the pastors that came to this conference as part of the training. All 180 IFGF GISI Africa pastors were taught, equipped, and trained by Pastor Daniel Hanafi, the Team leader, together with Pastor Christopher Chan from IFGF GISI Seattle and Pastor Raymundus Teguh from IFGF GISI Beverly Hills. All of them went home feeling really blessed with the Team’s coming to empower them, especially with an unexpected laptop gift that would be very useful to them.

The Team this year consisted of 6 people from IFGF GISI Beverly Hills and 1 from IFGF GISI San Francisco. They were led by Pastor Daniel Hanafi and Pastor Raymundus Teguh, ministering to more than 200 villagers through free medical clinic and preaching the Gospel to more than 1000 African people through outdoor evangelism (and children) crusade, door-to-door evangelism, and orphanage visitation.
