IFGF GISI (International Full Gospel Fellowship / Gereja Injil Seutuh Internasional) is a people-centered church. To accomplish this mission, IFGF GISI uses the method of cross centeredness, and they are:

1. Reaching out to people through iCare groups, which are cell churches according to the model of New Testament church, where the congregration gathers in small groups in God's people's homes. In a cell church, every iCare group's mission is to reach out to the community around which the iCare group is located, including friends and families of each member of the iCare group.
2. Equipping and developing newborn Christians towards fulfillment in Christ through iGrow Bible Studies.
